(NEW YORK) -- Kim Kardashian and her bundle of joy-to-be with Kanye West are fine, after the reality star suffered what the New York Post is calling a "pregnancy scare."

The paper reports the four-months-along tabloid fixture was rushed to her doctor in Los Angeles after arriving from Paris Tuesday evening because she feared she was suffering a miscarriage.

Her doctors gave her the all-clear, but warned her to stop overdoing things. 

Kardashian had flown to Paris on Sunday to join her rapper boyfriend at a Givenchy fashion show.
